	TWO-MASTED SCHOONER SCRATCH BUILT by E. CROOKS One-of-a-kind two-masted scratch built sailing ship by famous model builder Eugene Crooks. This old boatbuilder claimed, "my models are sturdily built, yet delicate and finely detailed. You can hose them off when dusty, and they'll outlive you." Every detail handcarved and fitted. The lines and rigging leading to the brass and copper sails are silver soldered for enduring strength and meant to last 100 years. Masts, crowsnests, railings and decking were faithfully copied from old blueprints and/or images of sailing ships long extinct. Models such as this required six months to complete.
