VERY RARE VINTAGE WWII 1940’s EMERGENCY SHIPS STEERING STATION
Top of unit: Brass with working “left & right” rudder indicator.
Located aft: Heavy duty geared construction Very rarely found; in fine condition!!
Wheel is round: 29” x 1 3/4” thick, featuring 6 spokes
Used during WWII when rudder controls were damaged – operate rudder manually! Most likely from Victory or Liberty ship. Great for your nautical collection!
